Built to support NHS teams delivering care
FloKi Health exists to help NHS organisations gain clarity and control over critical equipment – reducing avoidable delays, easing pressure on staff, and supporting safer, more efficient care.
We work alongside clinical, engineering and operational teams to solve a persistent challenge across healthcare: knowing where equipment is, whether it is ready for use, and how it is being utilised – across hospitals, theatres and community services.
Our approach is practical, evidence-led, and shaped by real NHS environments.

Our mission
To enable NHS Trusts and partner organisations to operate with confidence by providing reliable, real-time visibility of critical assets, supporting better decisions, reducing wasted effort, and improving patient flow.
We believe technology should:
- Fit existing ways of working
- Reduce friction, not add complexity
- Deliver measurable operational value
- Respect the realities of frontline care
Founded with an NHS-first mindset
FloKi was founded by Fenwick Smith, following first-hand experience navigating the NHS as a patient. Seeing the operational strain placed on staff, Fen set out to apply his background in engineering and technology leadership to a problem that directly affects patient care and staff workload.
Since then, FloKi has been developed collaboratively – shaped through ongoing work with NHS teams, pilots, and innovation partners – with a clear focus on real-world impact rather than theoretical solutions.

How we work
FloKi is a private company, but our values are aligned with the NHS commitment to improving outcomes for patients and supporting the people who deliver care.
