For me, it starts with a problem that needs to be fixed. Validating the pain that it creates and allowing the people who have the pain to express it. By mapping and comprehending the removal of that pain we can start to appreciate the value of the solution. This helps guide and structure the scale of the solution’s complexity and resource that could be spent in fixing it.
